New Bakery Supplier in NSW: Independent Bread Distributors

Independent Bread Distributors are bringing their wide range of bakery products to Foodbomb. They will complete a solid line-up of 10 bakery suppliers already available on the platform, including Luxe Bakery, Posh Foods, Schwobs Swiss Bakery and more.

IBD have been distributing bakery products across the greater Sydney region since 1999. The family business partners with 30 specialty manufacturers and artisan bakeries to supply quality and unique bread, pastries and specialty products to 300 hospitality venues.

With an impressive range of 700 products, they cater for all bakery needs, from burger buns, bagels, muffins, bread loaves and cakes to pastries, pies, danishes and donuts.

Nikita Manoleskos, CEO of IBD explained that “IBD decided to become a FoodBomb supplier due to the movement of the industry. We pride ourselves on continuously adapting to the industry and staying focused on up-and-coming trends. This is the first time Foodbomb welcomes a distributor to the platform, something Nathan Lo Russo, Head of CX at Foodbomb has been working towards. “We currently have several specialist suppliers who can each supply different products (cakes, breads, pastries etc” said Nathan “but IBD being a distributor it’s the first time we’ll have one supplier carrying hundreds of different products across dozens of bespoke artisans. In a way, they are the Foodbomb of bakeries, enabling venues to order all their bakery products from one place.
