Since 1992 R&S Danube have been manufacturing a large range of European and Australian Ham and Smallgoods products for their clients. Their brands include The Burgomaster, The Blackforest Smokehouse and Byers.

They service a wide variety of food operations including major restaurants, caterers, food wholesalers and delicatessens. Their state-of-the-art, modern smokehouses are computer controlled to allow a even consistent smoke to their articles. R&S Danube import their own wood-chips directly from the source at Germany, which have a renewable forest policy. Only the best Beech-wood chips are selected for R&S products!
